    This Course is Aimed at

    Offshore operatives requiring qualification to work in within intrinsically safe work environments.

    Overview

    CompEx Electrical – Units EX01-04: CompEx required for Offshore oil and gas exploration and production, Oil refineries, Chemical plants, Water treatment plants and any COMAH sites.

    Programme Content and Key Areas

    The course is based on DSEAR, European ATEX Directives and international standards, including IEC60079 Parts 14 & 17.

    Learning Outcomes

    The accredited international scheme that validates underpinning knowledge for those having responsibilities or working in ‘Explosive atmospheres'. This course is a foundation overview of working in potentially hazardous, flammable or explosive atmospheres.
