The Downstream Control Room Operations diploma is the Gold Standard qualification for those working in a downstream control room e.g. a refinery and covers safety, hazards, incident response and emergencies; starting up, monitoring and shutting down equipment; maintaining process conditions; non-routine information and preparing for maintenance.

This qualification provides recognition of the Gold Standard skills, competence and knowledge of individuals working in a downstream control room. It is made up of a minimum of 72 credits; 61 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 11 credits from optional units. |
