    This Course is Aimed at
    Team and/or Project Leaders and any who have the responsibility for time driven tasks working towards a time constrained deliverable.

    Overview

    This is a Microsoft Accredited course with Microsoft certificate and is offered at three levels:

    Level 1:  Introduction for those new to the product,

    Level 2:  for those who have used it but want to delve more into advanced resources and  customising features to tailor the product to their own needs and

    Server: for those using the Project Server functionality.

    Delivery is Tutor led working with a sample project to illustrate techniques and tactics.

    Programme Content and Key Areas

    Level 1:  Tasks; Relationships; Scheduling; Linking; Calendars; Tracking and reporting progress

    Level 2:   Advanced Resources; Customisation; Working with Multiple Projects

    Server:  Set up and customisation of the server; Web Apps; Business Intelligence; Server Administration.

    Learning Outcomes
    Ability to use MS Project efficiently to control and report on projects.
