    A modern manager requires a broad range of skills and competencies. This can be achieved through three core skills offered via the Multi Skilled Manager Programme:

    • Leadership and management
    • Health & Safety and the Environment
    • Information and Communication and Technology

    Programme Content and Key Areas

    This unique range of bespoke training allows an organisation to choose modules specific their business requirements:

    1. Our training consultant works with you to identify specific areas within Leadership and Management, Health & Safety and the Environment, and Information and Communication and Technology where improvements are needed.
    2. Specific modules are selected to create a unique training programme to respond to those needs.  Available modules include: team management – achieving organisational objectives; managing health, safety and the environment within a team; effective IT communication; managing improvement; developing leadership styles; powerful presentations for maximum impact; leading a team; understanding change; the manager’s role in implementing your health, safety and environmental policies; communicating as a manager; motivating people; making an impact through it; managing safely and good environmental practice; negotiating and networking; managing meetings;  managing stress and conflict; human performance – motivating a team; managing relationships using stakeholder.
    3. The organisation chooses a delivery model that best suits its needs, e.g. location, dates and timeframe. Please note, the length of individual modules can be between 4–9 hours depending on your individual or company’s specific requirements.
