  Overview
  There are many challenges to communication in the modern workplace. People work on different sites and countries and rely on imperfect forms of communication such as email and audio conferencing. The workshop is designed to help break down these barriers and improve communication, collaboration and build effective business relationships.

  • Core skills for clear and effective communication. • The impact of behaviour and non-verbal communication on how messages are interpreted. • Understanding the potential issues of cross-cultural communication including virtual meetings and communicating across different time zones. • Strategies for dealing with meetings, emails and general decision making.
