Overview |
This is a highly practical, discussion-led programme where attendees learn from the experience of others in order to develop and approach to handling conflict and feedback that fits their own personal style. The use of actors can be introduced in ‘real-play’ format: individuals can try out techniques with the actor using pause, rewind or even fast forward on key discussions and do this in a safe environment. |
