Overview |
Although there are a range of and techniques around handling change, the programme layers these in a way that will allow you to develop a strategy for change and an action plan that will drive commitment to change. Our facilitators will provide feedback through the day to help both support and challenge you in your approach.

Programme Content and Key Areas |
- Your role as leaders and managers in identifying and managing change
- Key drivers for change and their different levels of impact – what is affecting us from outside our team or organisation and how do we respond in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous environment?
- Identifying your strengths as a leader and areas for attention in managing pressure, capacity, vision and first steps for change – what is your strategy?
- Managing other people through emotional responses and roles that they adopt in times of change – how do we respond to cynics, victims, saboteurs?
- Key factors for influencing effectively in order to embed change
- Influencing styles and when they have maximum impact – push and pull styles of influencing
- Developing your own approach and plan of action for influencing and managing change

By the end of this programme you will be able to:- Outline the expectations placed on you as a leader in a changing world
- Highlight the specific factors that are likely to affect you and your teams in the near future
- Set out a strategy for driving change in a way that maintains momentum
- Identify the ways in which you will engage others in change and improvements
