  • Lean Sigma Greenbelt

    This 9 day course is delivered in 3 blocks of 3 days over a period of 4 months, plus one to one coaching and mentoring sessions with candidates extending to 6 months can be delivered regionally, nationally and globally either onsite or via open delivery at an external venue.

    This Course is Aimed at

    Personnel expected to take a lead in continuous improvement projects, typically supervision or management levels.

    The candidate must be in a suitable role for taking on CI projects.
