Overview |
Driving continuous improvement in a structured methodical and fast paced way is now a pre-requisite for business longevity. Lean and Six Sigma are the two best approaches to delivering continuous improvement as demonstrated in business after business throughout the world. HFL Consulting has put these two complementary and overlapping techniques together into a Greenbelt level course, run over 9 days classroom based learning plus 1 to 1 coaching and support while the candidate gains experiential learning through running a project that, if chosen well, will not only give the candidate valuable experience that will enable them to deliver successful projects in the future, but will also give you a pay back on the cost of the course ten fold, twenty fold, even a hundred fold and more. |
