    Personnel expected to take a lead in continuous improvement projects, typically supervision or management levels.

    The candidate must be in a suitable role for taking on CI projects.

    Overview

    Driving continuous improvement in a structured methodical and fast paced way is now a pre-requisite for business longevity. Lean and Six Sigma are the two best approaches to delivering continuous improvement as demonstrated in business after business throughout the world.

    Learning Outcomes
