Leading in the Process Industries is a comprehensive course of 7 modules designed to meet the requirements of new supervisors and existing supervisors who would like to refresh their competencies. Participants will be asked to complete an online template describing the types of coaching and mentoring situations they may encounter in their role as a Supervisor in their business or which they feel they need to work on. This will be used by tutors to shape activity during the one day module. Pre Course Activity - One hour pre-reading. Participants will be asked to bring with them an example of a Coaching or Mentoring need within their team for discussion.
