- To identify the correct levers to pull to increase power and develop an action plan to grow it.
- To know what scientific role model behaviour looks like and the barriers I face in achieving it.
- To understand the role of mentoring in the scientific world and have assessed myself against an agreed set of criteria.
- To have identified the mobiliser roles I want to fill in order to shape my impact on the wider business and with external contacts and have planned how to fulfil them.
- To have a strategy to deal with receiving negative feedback.
- To understand that other people may be approaching things from a completely different perspective.
- To have a tool that can help critique own ideas and others.
- To have practised handling conflict using a defined conflict resolution tool
