The course consists of two modules. The first module provides an overview of anti-bribery legislation (The Bribery Act 2010), including the main offences and penalties. It then explains how bribery offences can occur. The second module explores the consequences for bribery, explaining how bribes can be made, who can be found guilty of bribery offences (including organisations) and how to defend against corporate charges.

    Assessment

    There will be non-assessed questions and scenarios throughout the module to test your knowledge. Also included is an evaluation module at the end to test your overall learning. A pass mark of 80% is required to successfully complete the course.
