    The Polymer/Polymer Composite certificate is the Gold Standard qualification for process operators in the sector and covers the safe start-up, running and shut-down of a machine based process for polymer operators and the hand-based preparation, production and finishing operations for composite operations plus associated ancillary operations.

    The Certificate in Polymer/Polymer Composite Operations is for people who currently work in polymer or composite manufacturing operations. You might be a trainee or apprentice.

    Overview

    This qualification provides recognition of the Gold Standard level 2 skills, competence and knowledge of individuals working in polymer or composite manufacturing operations. It is made up of 2 pathways: polymer machine operations and polymer hand-based operations. A minimum of 27 credits is required for each pathway.
