Leadership and Management (QCF) Level 3 Award
The Leadership and Management award delivers the basic Gold Standard level 3 management skills for a new supervisor or manager. It looks at the key aspects of management for a first time manager including problem solving, decision making, planning, delegation and team leadership.

This award is made up of a number of recommended units from a series of optional units; these units deliver the Gold Standard skills for a first line supervisor. The qualification covers the basic management skills for a new supervisor or manager such as understanding how to organise and delegate plus skills in problem solving, project management, planning and monitoring work. |
