    The Skills Competency Assessment can take up to half a day depending on your needs and can be used as assessment tasks to test ability levels of any sort of Engineer in roles from Operator to High End Technical Maintenance Engineers.

    HETA have a large bank of tasks, ranging from 30 mins to half a day that can be set up and used as assessment tasks to test ability levels of any sort of Engineer in roles from Operator to High End Technical Maintenance Engineers in Oil and Gas or Manufacturing roles.

    An appraisal of the candidates practical skills against bespoke performance criteria agreed with the customer.
