    This Course is Aimed at

    People working in or wanting to gain specialist competencies in human resource management.

    Overview

    The course framework has been developed by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) to specifically develop high performing HR professionals who understand how to use HR practices to meet organisational needs and add value to a business.  It is designed to train individuals to foundation and degree level, providing them with the knowledge and skills required to meet employers’ and business needs. The course is delivered in two sessions covering six units with three units delivered each evening.

    Programme Content and Key Areas

    Set at Level 5, this Intermediate Certificate is ideal if participants want to study a recognised professional qualification, or want to progress their career by improving their knowledge and skills. This qualification enables participants to develop an ability to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources models and apply best practice in the workplace.
