This is Cogent Skills (the “Owner”) privacy policy for www.cogentlearn.com ( “Cogent Learn”)

The policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations and requirements of the users, the owner of the online platform named Cogent Learn. Furthermore how the Owner stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this policy.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, Cogent Skills Limited, 5 Mandarin Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1GG is the data controller, whilst Cogent Skills Services Limited assume the role of data processor through the provision of the online platform Cogent Learn.

1.1 Details of your visits to Cogent Learn and the resources that you access including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblog statistics and other communication data.

1.2 Information that you provide by filling in forms on Cogent Learn, such as when you click to accept this site policy and register to receive information such as a newsletter or contact us via the contact us page.

Please note that any demand for access may be subject to payment of a fee of £10, which covers our costs in providing you with the information, requested.
